FAQs
Q: Why does my candle look like it has wet spots?
A: This is perfectly normal. Due to the natural ingredients of the soy wax, the wax will expand and contract when in different climates (production -> shipment). It in no way affects the burn-ability or quality of the candle.
Q: Why does the wax have a frosted look on top?
A: Frosting is a natural characteristic of soy and it is one way that a customer can tell if their candle is really made with pure, all-natural soy wax.
Q: Why is my candle bumpy/have holes after burning?
A: The bumpy tops after burning are quite common with soy wax. Sometimes it will dry with the rough, uneven surface and sometimes it will dry smooth as glass. The good news is that this is a by-product of all-natural wax, and it does not affect the performance of the candle.
Q: When will I get my shipment?
A: Packages ship Monday through Wednesday only to avoid lengthy time in delivery/transport vehicles or warehouses over weekends.
Q: How long will my candle burn?
A: 25-45 hours. Yes this is very broad, but it simply depends how you burn it. If you burn it in short sessions, it will last longer. If you burn it days at a time, it will obviously not last as long.
Q: What wax is used?
A: We are proud to use natural soy wax that produces a clean burn unlike top candle companies! Our candle wax is Golden Brands 464 Soy Wax from Candle Science and our wax melt is made with Blended Waxes Pillar Soy Wax! Our fragrance and wicks are also clean!
